The Fly The Airbus Fleet for FSX 1.0 is a software flight simulation program add-on for users of Microsoft’s Flight Simulator FSX, FS2000, and FS2004 programs providing users with 6 additional virtual airbus jumbo jets. The Fly The Airbus Fleet for FSX 1.0 bundles 6 virtual jumbo jet aircraft with 14 liveries that are modeled with true to life textures and colors, including the colors of Air Canada, British Airways, Air France and KLM, Turkey, Iberia, and many more liveries. In addition to color, lighting has been added for an even more authentic effect with beacons on the wing tips, inset wing lights, and accent lights on each side of the vertical stabilizers too. The virtual cockpits of each of the aircraft have additional sub panels and each features a Flight Manager Computer (FMC), to allow access to flight plans, provide aircraft statistics and show locations. The panels of the Fly The Airbus Fleet for FSX 1.0 program feature large instrumentation with easy to read airspeed indicators, altimeters, and autopilot. Additionally, users can choose a point of view they would prefer from the cockpit, from a drop down menu box. 380 degrees provides a view of the rear of the cockpit and cockpit doors, whereas a ‘right’ view provides a view of the co-pilot’s side of the cockpit. Sounds include an authentic sound of the A320 engine aircraft and inside the cockpit, the sounds of flaps, gears, and switch clicks can be heard.
